Welcome
Meet Harry and Marv, half-brother Miniature Highland Steers. We brought these guys home to our farm when they were just babies, and had the pleasure of bottle feeding them and watching them grow. These two lovers are social animals to the core, and absolutely love being around humans.
Giving these boys more purpose and the chance to interact with more people is so exciting. We hope to bring joy, smiles, hugs, and friendly licks to people on some of their most precious days.
Our Approach
It all began with a dream on our first date. My husband said that he wanted a highland cow. So when the opportunity presented itself to get a miniature one, we drove home with two of them. Two miniatures equal one regular size, right?
Since then we have been soaking up our time loving them and watching them exponentially grow. With a growing family of our own, we are transitioning our traditional view of work to incorporate our kids and allow for the most time at home with them.
These steers are first and foremost our pets. We will never put them in a situation where they might be harmed, or put in a risky situation. We have made a commitment to put our animals well-being as our main objective. We can’t wait to share the joy they have brought us with many in the Southwest Washington region.
